· We cannot be held responsible for delays in postal services, this is beyond our control. Books are usually dispatched within 48hrs of receipt of payment.
· Delivery times will vary from country to country, but 5-10 working days are usually the longest delivery times.

· We are a mail order company, therefore collection is not permitted.
