The objective of English bookshops is to supply english books to English speaking people living in France. We moved to France in August 2004. One of the things we miss is books, and the possibility to buy books at a reasonable price. English books are readily available on the internet, but the postage charge from outside France sometimes cost more than the book itself. Our price includes postage and packing to mainland France. We will post to other countries in Europe, but when placing order you need to select the €2.00 shipping option to cover postage. For all countries outside Europe please send your order by email.

At English bookshops we sell used books, most are in new condition.
There will be reviews of some books and readers can send in their own reviews, which will be added at our discretion. We have in stock over two thousand titles ranging from romance, adventure, to educational and factual, in other words something for everyone.
